Fruit Merge Tips and Tricks

The strongest improvement usually comes from better board shape, not faster clicking. Use these habits one at a time in your next run.

Keep the center flexible

Do not turn the center into permanent storage for unrelated large fruits. A flexible middle gives you more routes to bring matching pieces together.

Build stable side zones

  • Use lower side areas for planned pairs.
  • Avoid steep stacks that make large fruits roll unpredictably.
  • Leave enough room for the larger fruit created by the next merge.

Read at least two moves ahead

The next-fruit queue is useful only if you act on it. When two related pieces are coming, prepare one safe landing area before the pair arrives.

Slow down near the top

When the board is high, unrelated quick drops often make the situation worse. Wait for movement to settle and choose the merge that reduces the tallest area first.
